We are pleased to introduce Chloe to the Malka Diamonds family. We have been quite busy in our little downtown Portland shop and thus the need for our two new additions. We introduced Lyndsey, our new jeweler who joined David Stanwood in our state-of-the-art shop back in February. Today, we are thrilled to have Chloe join David + Ronnie Malka in the sales and custom design section of Malka Diamonds and Jewelry.
Chloe first began her adventure into the jewelry industry at Gemological Institiute of America (GIA). She spent her year at the infamous campus, grading diamonds color, clarity, cut and carat weight. She became quite efficient in identifying these crucial traits that are a key factor in selling and buying diamonds. Chloe then joined the San Diego team at Leo Hamel. During her three years in San Diego, she purchased diamonds as well as other beautiful fine jewelry pieces. She was an asset in their buying department. In 2015, Chloe moved back to her hometown, Portland, Oregon and spent the next three years at Shane Company in their customer service and operations department.
We are thrilled that Chloe has chosen Malka Diamonds as her new home. In her short time with us, she has received praises from our customers in store and in our online reviews. She has helped in custom projects and has been an asset in keeping the store running smoothly. We look forward to many years with our new team member, Chloe!
