You’re in It for a Lifetime. So Are We.
We offer lifetime coverage for routine maintenance and repairs including cleaning, polishing, prong tightening, resizing, and covered stone replacement.
Our warranty covers unlimited care for life. All we ask in return is that you stop by for an anniversary "tune-up" for the lifetime of your ring. Our team will clean your ring, check stones, and tighten or adjust as needed — all for free.
If you're suddenly faced with extensive maintenance or repairs, get in touch. We'll evaluate the situation and work together to find a solution we both feel comfortable with.
If your jewelry is damaged due to misuse or improper care, altered by another jeweler, or re-sold, we may charge the minimum to repair.
